A 30-minute Initial Appointment

  • Before formally engaging in therapy, we can schedule a 30-minute initial consultation with no obligation. During this meeting, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other, understand your needs and goals for therapy, and discuss your desired approach to therapy. After this, you will have time to consider whether you wish to continue working with me.

  • If you choose to continue, we can outline and further customize our work plan in a contract to align with your specific needs.

  • If you choose not to continue, we can further explore your needs; I’d be happy to recommend a therapist who may be a better fit for you.

How much

I believe access to quality mental health care should be accessible to everyone. Therefore, I offer my services on a semi-donation basis.

How to start:

Currently, sessions are available remotely via video, voice call, or text messages/email.

My working default is on a weekly basis. However, everyone's needs and conditions are unique; the single-session therapy or a tailored schedule therefore can also be discussed to best support you.
