How often

A 30-minute Initial Appointment

  • Before formally engaging in therapy, we can schedule a 30-minute initial consultation with no obligation. During this meeting, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other, explore what feels important to you, and discuss what way of working together may best support you. After this, you will have space to reflect on whether I am the right person working with you for now.

  • During the time, you will receive a Working Agreement outlining our shared expectations, respective responsibilities, and the practical arrangements for our work together. It provides a clear and reliable framework that supports our therapeutic relationship, establishes appropriate boundaries, and helps us navigate uncertainty together.


Next Step

  • If you choose to continue, we can outline and further customise our work plan in a contract to align with your specific needs.

  • If you choose not to continue, we can further explore your needs; I’d be happy to recommend a therapist who might be a better fit for you.

How is it conducted
How to start:

Currently, sessions are available remotely via video, voice call, or text messages/email.

My working default is on a weekly basis. However, everyone's needs and conditions are unique; the single-session therapy or a tailored schedule therefore can also be discussed to best support you.

How many sessions

It can be from a single session, to short-term or open-ended. What matters most is whether the space feels supportive and helpful for you. We can always check in about this as we go.
